July 4th is just around the corner! Once again, the Sausalito Dog Park will be participating in the annual Sausalito Independence Day Parade. Bring your pooch (or pooches) decked out in all the red, white, and blue glory they’ll tolerate as we walk through the town.
The parade begins at the corner of Second and Main (in the parking lot of the old Valhalla Restaurant), proceeds down Bridgeway to Caledonia Street (past the Judges’ stand) and ends at Dunphy Park.
When: Puppies and their parents assemble between 9:30 and 9:45 A.M. The official start of the Parade is at 10 A.M. Please note: Parking is difficult!!! Allow lots of extra time. (Many participants park on the side streets at the end of the parade route and walk to the starting line.)
